Terms and Conditions
  • Orders received are final, it is not possible to modify or cancel them.
  • We deliver throughout QC and ON. The price per unit varies depending on the address (region).
  • We work with a trusted partner for your deliveries; a Quebec company that delivers your gifts in 48-72 hours for Montreal and the surrounding areas.
  • Our gifts are delivered Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • For deliveries outside the greater Montreal area, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
  • It is possible to experience delivery delays caused by address errors submitted when ordering, due to weather conditions or even due to incidents occurring in the mail. We do our best to support our partners to resolve those concerns as fast as possible.
  • The Gourmet Basket reserves the right to charge $20 for a delivery returned due to an address error. This partially covers the cost of a second delivery, to the corrected address.
  • In the event of stock exhaustion, we reserve the right to replace a product which is no longer in stock with a gourmet product of the same or greater value.
  • Although we carefully package our products; accidents may occur. If you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the date you received the gift and we would be happy to replace the damaged product. 
Corporate Orders
  • For orders of more than 15 baskets or large corporate orders, please allow 5-7 working days for order preparation. Contact us to discuss your needs, personalize your gifts and to schedule a corporate order.
